Problem
Most note-taking apps sync data to a provider's cloud – users have to trust that sensitive notes like passwords, private thoughts or financial information aren't analyzed or exposed in a data breach.
Solution
Encrypted Notes removes that trust problem structurally: no internet permission, no cloud sync, no tracking. Notes and attachments are encrypted with ChaCha20-Poly1305, with the 256-bit key derived from the user's password via Scrypt and never stored anywhere – without the password, there's no recovery.
